What is the difference between credit packs and Pipette Lab?
Credit packs are one-time purchases for self-serve analysis. Pipette Lab is a monthly per-seat subscription with weekly credits and team capabilities.
Do self-serve credits expire?
No. Purchased self-serve credits do not expire, so researchers can buy once and use them across future analyses.
How do Pipette Lab billing and credits work?
Premium and Scale are billed monthly per seat. Their included credits are allocated weekly: 50 for Premium and 115 for Scale.
What do the data limits mean?
Input limits apply to each analysis session. Active workspace limits apply to the shared team workspace and are not permanent archival storage.
Can we start with credits and move to Pipette Lab later?
Yes. Individual users can begin with credit packs and move to Pipette Lab when their work needs shared infrastructure, more capacity, workflow reuse, or centralized billing.
