For instance, a full RNA-seq differential expression analysis with 8 samples (16 paired-end FASTQ files, ~20 GB) takes around 30 credits and completes in under an hour — from raw FASTQ to differentially expressed genes. At our best rate, that's about $12 total, or roughly $1.50 per sample. Costs are lower if detailed reporting is not needed.
