What's New in Pipette: Projects, a Calmer Workspace, and a Smarter Engine

Over the last few weeks we focused on three things: keeping all the work for a study in one place, making the workspace calmer to work in, and making the engine that runs your analyses noticeably smarter. Here's what changed and what it means for you.
Keep an entire study in one place with Projects
A real study is rarely a single question. You upload data, run an analysis, come back the next day, run another, then another. And when a dataset is large, close to or above the 50 GB per-upload limit, you naturally work in stages across several sessions instead of all at once. Until now, each of those sessions lived on its own, and finding last Tuesday's run meant hunting through your history.
Projects fix that. Create a Project for a study or a dataset, and every session and every output you generate can live under it. One home for all the analyses on the same data, no matter how many sessions it took to get there. So even a big dataset explored across many sessions stays together instead of scattered.
Getting there is easy: create a Project from the Data page, move a finished workspace into one, or drop a run into a Project right after it completes.
A calmer, more compact workspace
Run several analyses in one session and the conversation used to grow into a long scroll: every plan, every result, every figure stacked on top of the last. We reworked how a session lays out so multiple queries stay readable.
Result cards are more compact, earlier runs collapse out of the way once you move on, and the workspace panel is tidier, with your storage usage visible at a glance. Running five analyses in a row now feels like a clean notebook instead of an endless feed.
A smarter analysis engine under the hood
We upgraded the engine that plans and runs your analyses. The new engine thinks more before it acts.
In practice, that means it reasons through the approach more thoroughly, weighs the caveats a careful analyst would, and grounds its conclusions in your actual results rather than jumping ahead. The analyses it writes come back more comprehensive and better supported by what the data actually shows. You don't have to change anything to get it; it already runs your work.
That's the June update
A home for every study, a workspace that stays out of your way, and a sharper engine doing the science. As always, tell us what you'd like to see next. Happy analyzing.
